About 800 Storage We're Dubai's fastest-growing premium self-storage company — 9 facilities, thousands of customers, and a marketing engine built on Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, AI-powered sales automation, and a relentless focus on lead quality over vanity volume. We're scaling fast, and we need a performance marketer who will own the full paid acquisition stack — strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization.
What you'll actually do
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and X.
- Build and improve Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp-first conversion flows — this is one of our highest-converting channels.
- Scale budgets responsibly while protecting lead quality — lowering cost per qualified lead (CPQL), not just CPL.
- Own the tracking stack end-to-end: GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels, Meta Conversion API (CAPI) — set it up, maintain it, and trust the data coming out.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages — and clearly communicate what you learned and what you're changing.
- Analyze the full funnel from impression to booked customer, and drive improvements at every step.
- Partner with sales and creative to align targeting, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
- Build and own the reporting layer — dashboards, weekly updates, and the numbers leadership needs to make decisions.
You'll thrive here if you have
- 2+ years owning (not just supporting) paid acquisition campaigns.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads AND Meta Ads — LinkedIn or X experience is a plus.
- Real numbers to back your work: CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS — you should know yours by heart.
- Strong fluency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta CAPI, and attribution.
- Comfortable managing WhatsApp-driven lead journeys (or eager to learn fast).
- A sharp analytical mindset — you don't just read dashboards, you build them.
- Clear written communication — you can explain what you did, why, and what changed because of it.
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, respond.io) is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, lead-gen, or high-volume consumer services.
- Knowledge of CRO principles and landing page optimization.
- Email, SMS, or WhatsApp lifecycle and nurturing flows.
This role is probably not for you if
- You can't talk about your CPL or CAC numbers without checking notes.
- You've only ever optimized campaigns someone else set up.
